Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Digital Nadu services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Services

Digital Nadu provides web development and digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Custom website development (React, Next.js, Node.js)
• WordPress theme and plugin development
• WooCommerce and e-commerce development
• Website design and UI/UX services
• Website speed optimization
• SEO services and digital marketing
• Social media marketing and Google Ads management
• Website maintenance and support

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% advance payment required to start the project
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional charges

Delivery Timeline

We guarantee delivery within 7 days for standard projects. Complex projects may require additional time, which will be communicated upfront.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code and designs created specifically for your project become your property. Third-party plugins and themes remain under their respective licenses.

Limitation of Liability

Digital Nadu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
